Phil Bond
Phil is the Managing Director and has overseen the company’s growth from very small beginnings to the present day and enjoys developing business relationships.
As far as the future is concerned - simply to do more of the same.
He is married to Joanna and they have 2 teenage girls, Hannah and Sarah.
Shane Hare
Shane is the Technical Manager and deals with all things techie! He knows the software and systems we use inside out and is definitely the person to speak to if there is a problem.
PCs, scanners, printers, copiers – he has had them all in bits and somehow manages to put them all back together again.
When not solving everyone’s PC troubles, he finds time to play Baritone with Bedale Brass Band.
Molly Hare
Molly is our Bureau Supervisor ( and Shane’s mum ) and makes sure that all the jobs that other people don’t want to do, actually do get done. She runs the document preparation section and also ensures paperwork and logs get filled in. Molly has been married to Norman for 31 years and both of them also play with the Bedale Brass Band. Playing Flugel horn and Bb Cornet respectively makes them a very musical family.
Tom Saville
Tom has been with us for 6 months and is learning everything from the ground up taking some of the weight off Shane’s shoulders.
Tom is another techie who enjoys talking about software bits and hardware pieces! In his free time he likes to work on cars and bikes.
